Nel corso dell'indagine si proverà ad argomentare che la questione della stabilità, della durata degli esecutivi, del rafforzamento del governo, venga strumentalmente utilizzata per la trasformazione della forma di governo da modello fondato sulla rappresentanza diffusa, plurale e collegiale, a modello fondato sulla governance monocratica, quale sistema teso a valorizzare più la decisione che il processo, con una semplificazione del trasferimento del potere dal popolo al sovrano che decide.

In the course of the investigation, it will be attempted to argue that the issue of stability, the durability of executives, and the strengthening of government, is instrumentally used for the transformation of the form of government from a model based on diffuse, plural and collegial representation, to a model based on monocratic governance, as a system aimed at valuing decision-making more than process, with a simplification of the transfer of power from the people to the sovereign decider.
