The work focuses on the relationship between better regulation instruments and protection of social rights within the Italian regional legal orders. With regard to such relationship, it’s worth noting that the quality of regulation can help to grant the effectiveness of rules concerning the fundamental rights. In particular, the author analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of better regulation instruments provided from the regional legal orders.
