La recente valorizzazione del ruolo degli enti del terzo settore da parte delle istituzioni pubbliche porta con sé il rischio di una loro perdita di autonomia? Il lavoro prova a offrire una risposta non semplicistica al quesito, soffermandosi sull’evoluzione del rapporto tra istituzioni pubbliche e terzo settore. A tal fine, esso prende brevemente in esame alcuni aspetti della riforma del 2017 e dell’implementazione del PNRR. Si sostiene che la cooperazione tra autorità pubbliche e terzo settore non dovrebbe diventare un’occasione per lo sviluppo di nuove politiche assistenzialistiche.
Is there a risk for the autonomy of the third sector because of its valorization by public authorities? The paper aims to offer a non-simplistic answer to this question, analyzing the relationship between public authorities and third sector. With this purpose, it briefly concerns some aspects of the 2017 reform and of the implementation of the Recovery Plan. It is argued that the cooperation between public authorities and third sector should not become an occasion for the development of new welfarist policies.
