Lo studio esamina alcuni problemi posti dalla riforma del Senato. L’autore si sofferma, in particolare, sul ruolo e la composizione del nuovo Senato nel disegno di revisione costituzionale in itinere, evidenziando talune contraddizioni difficilmente sanabili.
La riforma configura un modello ibrido, riproponendo dubbi e incertezze che hanno caratterizzato l’esperienza del Senato introdotto con la Costituzione del 1948.
This paper examines some of the problems posed by the reform of the Senate. The author focuses, in particular, on the role and the composition of the new Senate in the constitutional revision bill in itinere, highlighting certain contradictions hardly remediable.
The reform results in a hybrid model, reproposing doubts and uncertainties that have characterized the experience of the Senate introduced by the 1948 Constitution.
