Lo studio si sofferma sull’attualità del principio pluralista e su alcuni problemi aperti delle dottrine che hanno indagato molto attentamente le società pluraliste. La prospettiva di analisi è rappresentata dall’esame della natura del principio e delle condizioni necessarie in grado di favorire la sua applicazione corretta nell’ordinamento costituzionale.
The study focuses on the actuality of the pluralist principle and on some open questions of doctrines that have investigated very thoroughly the pluralist societies. The perspective of analysis is represented by the examination of the nature of the principle and of the necessary conditions to facilitate its correct application in the constitutional order.
