Il contributo prende le mosse dalla recente riforma degli articoli 9 e 41 della Costituzione italiana. In particolare, è posta una speciale attenzione nei confronti delle modifiche effettuate sull’impianto originario dell’articolo 9 e dunque sull’introduzione al suo interno della tutela dell’ambiente, individuando i profili di armonizzazione, ma anche di composizione problematica, con la protezione del paesaggio e del patrimonio storico e artistico della Nazione. Da ultimo, l’articolo sottolinea come l’introduzione della tutela ambientale tra i principi fondamentali della Costituzione si configuri anche come una rilevante innovazione sul piano culturale.

Environment, Landscape, Culture. The Constitutional “Vocabulary” after the Reform
The article analyzes the recent constitutional reform of articles 9 and 41 of the Italian Constitution. In particular, it focuses on article 9 of the Constitution reformed, trying to address any connections or problematic aspects between the protection of the environment recently included and the formerly provided protection of the landscape and of historical and artistic heritage of the Nation. Lastly, the article put in evidence how the introduction of the protection of the environment as a fundamental principle of the Italian Constitution may prove to be also a relevant cultural innovation.
