Abstract. Considerazioni conclusive del Seminario su “La cultura dell’ambiente nell’evoluzione costituzionale”. La legge costituzionale n. 1 del 2022 ha inserito tra i principi fondamentali la tutela dell'ambiente, della biodiversità e degli ecosistemi e ha ridefinito la c.d. costituzione economica. L'A. indica i temi che la riforma suggerisce di approfondire in relazione ai caratteri essenziali dello Stato costituzionale.

Environmental Culture within Constitutional Evolution
Closing remarks of the Seminar on "Environmental Culture within Constitutional Evolution". Constitutional Law No. 1 of 2022 has included the protection of the environment, biodiversity and ecosystems among the fundamental principles and it has redefined the so-called economic constitution. The author outlines the issues that the reform suggests should be explored in relation to the essential features of the constitutional state.
